Who is my MP in Kenya?
Find the MP recorded for your constituency and understand how to check the result against Parliament's official records.
Start with your constituency
Your constituency MP represents the constituency in which you are registered to vote. A county contains several constituencies, so knowing only your county is not enough to identify your constituency MP.
Open the leader directory, choose your county and then your constituency. Look under the Member of Parliament or MP heading. For example, the Nairobi → Embakasi South page lists the records attached to that constituency.
Check the person and the source
Open the named profile to see recorded party, background, public information and available sources. The directory is not the official register: by-elections, vacancies and disputed or incomplete records can affect the answer. If several records appear for one seat, do not assume all are current MPs.
Confirm current membership using Parliament's official website and IEBC election results where relevant. A listed 2027 aspirant is not the incumbent merely because their profile has been approved.
