An electoral area for an MP
Article 97 provides for a member of the National Assembly elected by registered voters in each constituency. Article 89 gives IEBC the responsibility of reviewing names and boundaries of constituencies and wards, subject to constitutional rules.
A county can contain multiple constituencies, and a constituency contains wards. Knowing your constituency helps you identify the constituency MP, but you also need your ward to identify your elected MCA. Confirm your own registration particulars with IEBC rather than relying on a directory to determine where you vote.
