Biography
Sen. Cheburet Kiprono Chemitei is the Senator for Baringo County, elected on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket. Trained in mass communication, he has a background in community mobilization, youth engagement and media production in Baringo County.

Professional experience
Community mobilization and youth engagement, Baringo County (ongoing): coordinated youth outreach, civic education and community empowerment initiatives; organised peace dialogues, community barazas and education awareness programmes; built networks with county leaders, national administrators, youth groups and civil society actors.
