Biography
Sitting Member of Parliament for Embakasi East (re-elected 2022, first elected 2017). Popularly known as "Babu Owino". Former chairman of SONU (University of Nairobi student union). Lawyer by training. Has publicly indicated his intention to seek re-election in the 2027 General Election.
