Biography

Hon. Justin Bedan Njoka Muturi, E.G.H., previously served as Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management. He earlier served as Attorney General of the Republic of Kenya, having been appointed by H.E. President William Ruto and approved by the National Assembly under Article 152 of the Constitution. He is the former Speaker of the National Assembly, having served two terms (2013–2017 and 2017–2022) of the 11th and 12th Parliaments, and previously served as Member of Parliament for Siakago Constituency. He is no longer listed in the current Cabinet at president.go.ke/cabinet/.
