Biography
Geoffrey Kiringa Ruku is the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management. Cabinet Secretaries are appointed by the President with the approval of the National Assembly under Article 152 of the Constitution of Kenya, and head the National Government ministries and state departments.
