Biography
Paul Nyongesa Otuoma is the current Governor of Busia County, elected in the August 2022 General Elections under the ODM party ticket. As county chief executive, the Governor leads Busia County's development agenda, oversees county government operations, and implements policies to improve service delivery to residents. The Governor chairs the County Executive Committee and represents Busia at the Council of Governors (CoG), working with other county leaders on inter-governmental relations and devolution matters.
