Biography
Joseph Jama Ole Lenku is the current Governor of Kajiado County, elected in the August 2022 General Elections under the UDA party ticket. As county chief executive, the Governor leads Kajiado County's development agenda, oversees county government operations, and implements policies to improve service delivery to residents. The Governor chairs the County Executive Committee and represents Kajiado at the Council of Governors (CoG), working with other county leaders on inter-governmental relations and devolution matters.
